Pacesetter Homes is a single-family homebuilder with over 65 years of experience, operating in Western Canada, Dallas, and Austin, Texas. As part of the Qualico family, Pacesetter Homes is recognized for its award-winning home designs, personalized interior finishes, and commitment to customer satisfaction. 

 

In this role, I contribute to strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility, enhancing community engagement, and driving home sales through various digital and in-person channels, including:

Campaign Execution and Digital Strategy

  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events.

  • Manage digital communications, including drafting and distributing email marketing campaigns to target audiences.

  • Maintain and optimize the company’s online presence through third-party platforms like Zillow, ensuring content accuracy and visual appeal.

  • Track and report on campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Social Media Management and Content Development

  • Maintain and monitor social media platforms with approved content that aligns with the brand’s voice.

  • Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve reach and interaction.

  • Collaborate on creative direction and generate new content ideas to strengthen the brand’s presence in the homebuilding industry.

Creative Production and Community Engagement

  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and video content to support both corporate branding and community-specific promotions.

  • Visit communities and model homes to ensure marketing consistency, brand alignment, and visual excellence.

  • Participate in neighborhood meetings and local events, including weekends, to provide onsite support and engage with prospective homebuyers.

Website Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Edit and maintain website content, promotions, and SEO updates to enhance user experience and search visibility.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to create targeted campaigns and develop materials that drive traffic and conversions in specific communities.

  • Assist with signage logistics and coordinate replacements to maintain cohesive branding across all locations.

Jubilee Academies is a public charter school district with twelve campuses in the South Texas region: Austin, San Antonio, Kingsville, Harlingen, and Brownsville. Our goal is to increase community engagement, student enrollment, and campus staff applications.

In this role, I was responsible for effectively promoting the school’s educational programs and engaging with its diverse community, including:

Social Media Management and Content Collection

  • Spearheaded content creation, scheduling, and engagement for the school’s social media platforms.

  • Implemented a strategy that maintained a consistent online presence, utilizing tools like Hootsuite and Canva to schedule posts and engage with stakeholders.

Dance Center of San Antonio/ Tutus and Ribbons

DCSA, the first and only studio in San Antonio, Texas to showcase dancers at prestigious international events like the International Ballet Competition in Jackson, MS, the Vaganova Prix in St. Petersburg, and the Youth America Grand Prix World Finals in New York, has built a reputation over the past decade for excellence. Many of its graduates have excelled beyond the studio, attending Ivy League institutions and joining renowned performance companies worldwide.

Tutus and Ribbons, a family-run business founded by the same owners with a passion for ballet, extends this commitment to excellence by providing high-quality products for ballet enthusiasts, sharing their love for the art with the world.

In this role, I was responsible for enhancing and managing the dance center's online presence across various social media platforms, encompassing:

  • Showcasing the dancers' energy and promoting dancewear products from the center's boutique.
